There is so much to say about these products, but let me start with this: they are AMAZING! I have products from both the scalp line and the moisture line and purchased them at Ulta Beauty. These products are on the pricier end, but they have natural ingredients and are definitely worth it.

From the scalp line, I have the Detox Kit, the Ultimate Lengths 30-Day Repair capsules, and the full lengths density elixir. The Detox Kit comes with full bottles of the three step system: the Super Slip Pre-Biotic Primer, the Wash & Scrub Detox Pro-Biotic, and the Post-Biotic Calming Conditioner. The Pre-Biotic Primer helps protect the scalp and the hair from the cleansing process. I love to use this, not just with the products in this kit, but with other shampoos as well. My only complaint about the product would be that I wished it had a nozzle, but that’s more so about the functionality of the packaging rather than the product itself. I do prefer shampoos that suds up (definitely a me thing), but the Wash & Scrub Detox feels really nice and it does a great job of clarifying the scalp. The environmentally safe scrub is perlite, made of volcanic ash. I also love that it’s made with apple cider vinegar! Last but not least: the Post-Biotic Calming Conditioner. This conditioner is so cooling on the scalp. Most importantly, the slip is amazing and it’s so easy to finger detangle. The product does have a strong peppermint scent, which I’m not the biggest fan of peppermint, but the conditioner works so well that that is something I put to the side.
The 30-Day Repair capsules is a 30 day hair growth regime. The directions say to take two capsules per day. But I foolishly read it wrong and thought it was one capsule per day… (I may have assumed). So I wasn’t taking them correctly, but now I am! I have also started using the Full Lengths Density Elixir, which is a night time hair growth serum. So I will make sure to follow up with a length check post soon from using both products!

From the moisture line, I have the Curl Transitioning Kit. The kit comes with two full sized bottles and two travel size stylers: Curl Quenching Conditioning Wash, Double Cream Deep Quencher, Hold Me Softly Style Balm, and the In-Shower Style Fixer. The whole line has a citrusy, tropical smell that isn’t too overpowering but leaves you wanting a little bit more. I felt like I was putting tangerine juice on my hair. Warning: you may try to taste, but please do not. The conditioning wash gives a great moisturizing cleanse to the hair and scalp. The slip was decent, and I was able to finger detangle pretty easily before combing more in depth with the mask. The Deep Quencher has a much thicker consistency and again great slip for detangling. I left in the mask for 30 minutes (and then some because I was cleaning my apartment and got distracted). After rinsing out the mask, my hair was left feeling super moisturized and the curls were plump with life!
On the packaging, they say you can use the Deep Quencher for a moisture boost. So on a separate day, I tried using it as a regular conditioner along with the co-wash. I left it in for about 10 minutes as I finished my shower and washed it out. It still left my hair feeling moisturized, but I definitely needed to add something else to hold the moisture over to the next morning. As a mask, I will definitely be using more of it, especially on the weeks when my hair feels a little more dry.
I have used their stylers so stay tuned for a post about those, and I’ll be sure to show you the progress I have made so far while taking their hair growth pills and using the elixir on Instagram (@tayymazz). Overall, I really loved all of these products and have continued to find ways to incorporate them into my regular wash day routines!
Naturally, Taylor 💙
